  MAUDIE GREER
  
     Maudie B. Greer, 77, of Confluence RD 1, died Jan. 31, 1978, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 13, 1900, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, she
  was a daughter of the late Henry and Ida (Hyatt) Younkin.  
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and three daughters:
  Mildred, Freda, and Mrs Dorothy Rugg.
    She is survived by five grandchildren: Donald Rugg, Mrs. Beatrice
  McClintock, Mrs. Dottie Hilliard and Douglass Rugg, all of Confluence RD;
  Mrs. Ruth Ann Smithburger of Uniontown; 21-great-grandchildren, and two
  great-great-grandchildren.  
    Funeral services were held Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home with the
  Rev. Paul Tobias officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetary.
