  JOHN GREW
  
    John Grew, 76, of Holly Hill, Fla., formerly of Meyersdale (Summit
  Mills), died march 16, 1981, at his home.
    He was born Oct. 26, 1905 in Summit Township, Meyersdale RD, the son of
  Adam and Sadie (Miller) Grew.  He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Edith
  Christner of Garrett.  He was a retired master sergeant in the U.S. Marine
  Corps, having served for 32 years, and a World War II veteran.  He received
  several distinguished service medals.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home where services were
  conducted with pastor William Phennicie officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  county Memorial park.
