Grey, an employee of the Consolidated Coal Company at Jenners, was fatally injured last Friday evening when he was caught and crushed under a descending cage. His right arm was fractured in two places, and he was crushed about the chest and pelvic region. The accident occurred at 7 a. m., and arrangements were made for the injured man's removal to the Johnstown City Hospital, where he reached about 1 o'clock that afternoon. A brother, Thomas Gray, accompanied him. Gray is a widower, 46 years old, and is a native of Scotland. He died on Saturday.
