    Dorothy J. (Bell) Griffith, 71, Blacks Hill Road, Boswell RD, died Dec.
  31, 2000, at UPMC Lee Regional, Johnstown.  Born Nov. 12, 1929, in Boswell,
  daughter of Robert Sr., and Cora (Gomer) Bell.  Preceded in death by
  parents, brother, Kenneth and infant twin sisters.  Survived by husband of
  42 years, W. Roy, children, Jerry L., Tamey D. Swank, both of Somerset, and
  Barry L., at home; and grandson, Travis Swank.  Sister of Millicent Bowser,
  Rosemary Bell, Robert Jr., married to the former Susan Perian and Betty
  Bell, all of Jenners.  Also survived by mother-in-law, Gladys Griffith,
  Boswell RD, and numerous nieces and nephew.   Employee of the former
  Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell.  Avid doll collector.  A
  private family viewing and service will be held Wednesday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  The Rev. Gregory Stauffer
  officiating.  Interment, Jenner Township Baptist Cemetery.  Because of
  Dorothy's love of dogs, please send memorial donations to Somerset County
  Humane Society, Box 182, Somerset, Pa., 15501.
