  GRIFFITH
  
  Howard Griffith, 70, of Ravenna, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died Nov. 9,
  1973, in Ravenna.  Born in Garrett County, Md., on Dec. 20, 1902, a son of
  Silas and Amanda (Lytle) Griffith.  Survived by one brother and one sister:
  Thomas of Somerset RD 1; and Mrs. Virginia Kerr of Akron, Ohio.  Friends are
  being received in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will
  be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Flavus Burroughs
  officiating.  Interment, St. John's Cemetery.
