  GRIFFITH
  
  John C. Griffith, 46, 505 Lowell St., Vandergrift, died Jan. 3, 1985, after
  a lengthy illness at Allegheny Valley Hospital.  Born June 6, 1938, in
  Jenners, son of Vinton and Delores (Flynn) Griffith.  Resident of
  Vandergrift since 1970.  Employed at Anchor Motor Freight as a truck
  driver.  Veteran of the Air Force.  Member of the D.A.V. in Vandergrift. 
  Survived by wife, Carole (Trusnovic) Griffith; one son, Sean; one daughter,
  Heather, all at home.  Also father, Vinton Griffith, Somerset.  Friends will
  be received Saturday, 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the
  Dunmire-Kerr Funeral Home, 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where a blessing
  service will be held Monday at 1 p.m.
