  Robert C. (Bob) Griffith, 90, Boswell RD 2, died unexpectedly Feb. 21 at
  home.  Born May 9, 1883 in Jenner Township son of Walter and Bell Walters
  Griffith.  Preceded in death by his parents, his wife the former Bertha H.
  Fleischauer who died Oct 28, 1963, two infant sons, brother of Walter, and
  sister of Mrs. Florence Shaffer.  Survived by children Robert L. at home,
  David W. of Jenners, Howard C. married to the former June Schumucker, Fern
  Park, Fla., Donald E., married to the former Virginia Shaulis, Orlando,
  Fla., Betty, wife of Charles Baraniak, Boswell, brother of Mrs. Annie Bell,
  Jennerstown, nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.  He was a
  prominent retired Jenners Township farmer and a long time member of
  Hopewell United Methodist Church.  Friends may call from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home
  227 Allegheny Street, Boswell.  Funeral services at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the
  Hopewell United Methodist Church with Rev. Walter C. Krause officiating. 
  Interment in the church cemetery
