  GRIFFITH
  
    Robert E. Griffith, 67, of Confluence, died July 6, 1994, at home.  Born
  Jan. 3, 1927, in the Cove, Md., a son of the late Bert and Edna (Brown)
  Griffith.  Survived by his wife, the former Margaret Miller; six daughters:
  Barbara Sechler of Addison, Nancy Griffith, Donna Younkin, Ruth Wood,
  Carlene Beals and Cinda Romesburg, all of Confluence; a son, James Griffith
  of Ursina; 12 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, a sister, Ruth
  McKenzie of Oakland, Md., and a brother, Hobert Griffith of Friendsville,
  Md.  Preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Lynn.  Veteran of World War
  II.  Member of VFW post 7250 of Confluence.  Retired from Alex E. Paris
  Construction Company.  Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral
  Home, Confluence, from 2 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  Saturday, the hour of service with Rev. William Triebe officiating. 
  Interment, Addison Cemetery.  Family requests memorial contributions may be
  made to Trinity or St. John's Lutheran churches or the Make A Wish
  Foundation.
