  GRIFFITH
  
  William H. Griffith, 83, 615 Main St., Berlin, died Aug. 25, Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born in Meyersdale, Oct. 31, 1890, son of the late
  David and Diana (Schultz) Griffith.  Also preceded in death by his first
  wife, the former Lydia Bowman, two sisters and one brother.  Survived by
  his second wife, the former Yula Brant; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Oleda)
  Byers, Ligonier, and Mrs. Frank (Kathleen) Rigina, Hatboro; a son, William
  B., Berlin, and a stepson, Harvey N. Zorn, Berlin; four grandchildren and
  two step-grandchildren.  Was a member of the Trinity United Church of
  Christ, and the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department.  Friends will be received
  in the Johnson & Son Funeral Home, Berlin, after 7 p.m. today, where
  services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Charles W. Sigler
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
