  GROFF
  
  Ralph M. Groff, of Chester, Md., died Feb. 12, 2002 at home.  Born in
  Berlin on Feb. 6, 1928.  Survived by wife of 50 years, Ruth Flick Groff,
  eight children, five daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, 16 grandchildren
  and one sister Audrey, married to Ronald "Bud" Harkcom of Berlin.  Preceded
  in death by parents Ralph A. and Euclid (Bender) Groff and infant daughter
  Lynne Allison.  A memorial service was held Feb. 15 in Chester, Md.
