  ROBERT L. GROFF
  
    Robert L. (Coxy) Groff, 87, of 719 Main St., Berlin, died Oct. 11, 1974,
  in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born in Berlin, July 18, 1887, he was a
  son of the late John and Elnora (Swope) Groff.  He was preceded in death by
  his wife, the former Olive G. Holzhauer, in 1972, and also by five brothers
  and three sisters.
    Surviving are two sons, George H. and Donald F. Groff, both of Berlin,
  and a granddaughter, Mrs. William (Vicki) Slifco, Somerset.
    Mr. Groff was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin; the
  IOOF Lodge and of Berlin Volunteer Fire Department.
    Funeral service was held Monday afternoon in Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home, Berlin, with Rev. Charles W. Sigler officiating.  Interment in Berlin
  IOOF Cemetery.
