Groft, 55, 345 Franklin Ave., Princeton, N.J., formerly of Berlin, died Oct. 12, 1984 at Princeton Medical Center. Born Jan. 12, 1929, in Berlin, son of late Ralph E. and Cora (Clites) Groft. Survived by wife, former Dorothy Delancey; and these children: Larry and Ronald, both of Morrisville, Pa.; Mrs. Clark (Bonnie) Wilson and Mrs. Chris (Donna) Reinbeck, both of Hamilton, N.J.; and Mrs. Michael (Deborah) Versnel, Wichita, Kan.; also 11 grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. James (Marian) Carlucci, Forestville, Md.; and Mrs. Rae Paine, Adelphi, Md. Member of First Reformed Church, Rocky Hill, N.J.; Fraternal Order of Eagles, Princeton; and Princeton Rod and Gun Club. He was a station operator for Elizabethtown, N.J. Water Company. Friends will be received at Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, from 10 a.m. Tuesday, until time of service at 11 a.m., the Rev. Samuel Charlton officiating. Interment, Mt. Zion Cemetery.
