    Clark Albert Gross Sr., 77, of Somerset died Dec. 6, 2000 at his
  residence.  Born April 14, 1923 in Somerset Township.  Son of Albert Milton
  and Mabel Viola (Wooley) Gross.  Preceded in death by parents, wife Pauline
  Elizabeth (Pyle) Gross who died Oct. 5, 1999, son Cary A. Gross and sister
  Mary Robinette.  Survived by children Glenn C. Gross married to the former
  Mary June Lyons of Somerset; Simon A. Gross married to the former Wanda
  Madrin of Perrysville, Md.; Mrs. Merle (Phyllis) Engleka of Somerset; Mrs.
  Joseph (Joyce) D'Arrigo of Gray; Clark A. Gross Jr. married to the former
  Connie Aultz of Friedens; Mrs. Thomas (Gloria) Lane of Somerset; Miss
  Debbie Gross of Somerset; Fred A. Gross married to the former Lori Collins
  of Somerset; Mrs. Jeffery (Susan) Sarver of Somerset; Ms. Cheryl Gross and
  fiancee Ed Hutzell of Meyersdale, and Victor B. Gross married to the former
  Diane Gindlesperger of Somerset.  Also 22 grandchildren and 23
  great-grandchildren.  Twin brother of Clair "Jim" Gross of Greensburg and
  brother of Mrs. Hazel Ansell of Somerset and Fred Gross, Somerset.  U.S.
  Army Veteran of World War II and a retired self-employed truck driver. 
  Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be conducted at
  1:30 p.m. Friday, Rev. Sherman H. Berkey officiating.  Interment, Husband
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to the Children's Aid Home of Somerset
  County, 574 East Main St., Somerset, Pa. 15501
