  Robert J. Gross, 30, of Somerset RD 7, died April 23, 1979, at the
  Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  Born May 30, 1948, in Somerset, the son
  of Mrs. Evelyn L. (Blough) Gross of Somerset RD 7 and the late Norman C.
  Gross.  Survived by wife, the former Beverly Hochard; and these sisters and
  brothers: Mrs. Robert (Jeannine) Munden of Greensburg; Mrs. George (Norma
  Dean) Lambert of Virginia Beach, Va.; William R. of Jenner Crossroads; and
  Donald of Emporium, Pa.  He was a member of the First United Methodist
  Church, Somerset, and an employee of the Bender Shoe Company.  Friends will
  be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home
  where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. John Cox
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
