Gunderman, 73, of Confluence died June 23, 1994, at Conemaugh hospital, Johnstown. Born Jan. 2, 1921, in Confluence. A daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Gertrude (Smith) Holliday. Survived by her husband, Harry P., and two sons, H. Philip of Yokota AFB, Japan, and Thomas of Confluence. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers. She was a member of the Confluence United Methodist Church, the Confluence Women's Civic Club and the Ursina American Legion Auxiliary. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Dr. Arthur J. Gotjen, the Rev. Edd Myers and the Rev. Daryl Harclerode officiating. Interment, Addison Cemetery. At the family's request, contributions may be sent to Harry Gunderman, 553 Dean St., Confluence, for donation to the National Sunflower Handicapped Organization in the Netherlands.
