  Helen E. Gusmerotti, 56, Jerome, died July 8, 1982, at Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born May 13, 1926, in Jerome, daughter of Paul and Anna (Toytk)
  Horwat.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Silvio A. "Gus," died March
  28, 1979.  Survived by son, Dr. Gary L., married to former Lisa Plowman,
  Lock Haven; one granddaughter, Sandrina.  Sister of Mary, widow of Pete
  Hohrun, Johnstown; Steve, married to former Elizabeth Michelo, New Paris;
  Verna, wife of Reno Lappi, Elyria, Ohio; Paul, married to Mary Ann,
  Pittsburgh; Ann, wife of Earl Kinder, San Leandro, Calif.; Betty, wife or
  Robert Seigh, Johnstown.  Member of SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic
  Church, Jerome.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where
  prayer service will be held at 8:15 a.m. Monday followed by funeral liturgy
  at 9 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Church the Rev. Thomas Gran officiating. 
  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery.
