JENNIE REYNOLDS HABEL

  Mrs. Jennie Reynolds Habel, aged 62 years, 9 months and 18 days, wife of John 
D. Habel, died Sunday night at her home near Sand Patch.  She is survived by her 
husband, a sister, Mrs. Ella Kimmel of Garrett, and the following children:  
John H., Catherine, Mrs. Margaret Stone, Mrs. Rebecca Hodgson, Sand Patch, and 
Mrs. Elizabeth Byers, Meyersdale.
  Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m., Wednesday, by Rev. J. E. 
Gindlesperger.  Burial was in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale, R. Reich & Son, 
Undertakers in charge.
  Mrs. Habel was a native of Glencoe and a member of the White Oak Lutheran 
Church.  She was seriously ill of an incurable disease for six months.  She was 
a good wife and mother, and kind neighbor.
