He was born in Meyersdale December 19, 1907 and was the son of William F. And Annie B. (Deist) Hady. He was preceded in death by parents and brothers William and Michael and sister, Maude Anderson. He is survived by his wife, the former Jeanette (Cheever) Hady, daughter Sara, Denver, Colorado; son John F., of Aurora, Colorado; sisters Ella Koontz, Crown Point, Indiana; Mary Elizabeth Hoopes, Minerva, Ohio; Margaret Peck, and Nell Groff, of Meyersdale; Anna May and Dorothy Walter, of Johnstown; brothers George D. of Meyersdale and James A., of Tustin, California. He was the grandfather of Robin, John and Matthew and father-in-law of Bonnie Hady, of Aurora. He was Works Accountant for Youngstown Sheet and Tube at East Chicago, Indiana, retiring in 1968 with 38 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 677, of Gary, Indiana and El Jebel Shrine and Rocky Mountain Consistory in Denver. Funeral services were held at Aurora-Chase Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, December 2, at 1 p.m. with Pastor D. E. Sparling officiating. Interment Masonic Circle Chapel Hill Cemetery.
