  Margaret Irene Haer, 93, Garrett, went home to be with the Lord Feb. 24, 2005
  at her home. Born May 16, 1911, in Garrett, a daughter of the late Noah C. and
  Maggie (Frickey) Burkholder. Also preceded in death by her husband Otto R.
  Haer, an infant daughter and brother Eugene Burkholder. Survived by her
  daughter, Jacqueline M., wife of William Lear, Garrett; grandchildren: Yvonne,
  and her husband Vaughn Hay, Garrett; Teresa, and her husband Jim Snyder,
  Garrett; Dana, and her husband Melvin Hetz II, Meyersdale; and Michael Lear and
  his wife Karen, Meyersdale; great-grandchildren: Matthew Hay, and his wife
  Jennifer; Amy (Snyder) and her husband Michael Kelly; Adam Snyder; Nicole and
  Justin Platt; Sidney, Madison and Laken Lear; great-great-grandchildren:
  Cassandra and Ashton Kelly. Margaret was a homemaker. She was a Sunday school
  teacher and longtime organist at Center Church, Garrett. She loved the Lord and
  was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and
  great-great-grandmother. She treasured her family, friends and the "special"
  ladies who took such wonderful care of her. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where a service will
  be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Shimer Darr officiating. Interment
  Center Church Cemetery, Garrett. Memorial may be made in her memory to "In
  Touch" Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset. PA 15501 or to Center Church,

    Margaret Irene Haer, 93, of Garrett, went home to be with the Lord Thursday,
  February 24, 2005 at her home.  
    Born May 16, 1911 in Garrett, she was a daughter of the late Noah C. and
  Maggie (Frickey) Burkholder.  
    She was also preceded in death by her husband Otto R. Haer, an infant
  daughter, and brother, Eugene Burkholder.  
    She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline M., wife of William Lear,
  Garrett; grandchildren: Yvonne, and her husband Vaughn Hay, Garrett; Teresa,
  and her husband Jim Snyder, Garrett; Dana, and her husband Melvin Hetz II,
