  HAGLUND
  
    Norman E. Haglund, 76, of Acme passed into eternal life on Feb. 23, 1997.
  He was the loving and devoted husband of Lera Paulson Haglund.  He is
  survived by four children: Eric Haglund, Ingrid Webb, Marcie Grabiak and
  Mark Haglund; six grandchildren: Noah, Eric, Steven, Jenny, Ryan and Ericka
  and four sisters: Ina Carlson, Gladys Miller, Esther Christianson and Martha
  Durbin.  Mr. Haglund was born in Morris Run, Pa., on June 1, 1920, the son of
  Edward and Hilma Haglund.  A veteran of World War II, he earned a Purple
  Heart in the defense of his country.  He was a lifelong servant of the Lord
  and his church and most recently a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in
  Latrobe.  A memorial service will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church on
  Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to
  Bethel Lutheran Church, RD 4, Box 145, Latrobe, Pa. 15650 or a favorite
  charity.
