  LILLIAN MERRICK HAINES
  
  Lillian Merrick Haines, 85, of Darien, Ga., formerly of Wintersville, Ohio,
  died Dec. 17, 2003.  She is survived by her husband Howard M. "Bud" Haines,
  formerly of Boswell; son Joseph Malbasa, and two granddaughters, Dr.
  Danielle Rose and Brywn Philips.  Lillian was preceded in death by her first
  husband Eli Malbasa.  She was a retired secretary from Wheeling-Pittsburgh
  Steel Corp., and a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox
  Church and order of Eastern Star.
