"Dutch" Haines, 53, of No. 1 Church Street, Jenners, died July 11, 1989 at home. Born Aug. 31, 1935, in Boswell, a son of the late William and Mary (Penner) Haines. Preceded in death by brothers Harold, Carl and Billy, and sister, Wilma. Survived by his wife, the former Patricia Ann (Puschnigg); and four children: Patricia, wife of Larry Johnston of Jenners; Wendell, at home; Lillian Coughenour of Jenners; and Mary, wife of David Johnson of Boswell; also seven grandchildren. Brother of Earl of Stoystown; Howard and Jack, both of Steubenville, Ohio; Robert of Virginia; Wendell of California; and Shirley McKay of Somerset. Member of Horner Lutheran Church. Former bartender at Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Richard Schlak officiating.
