  HALGAS
  
  Deborah J. Halgas, 43, of 47 Penna. Blvd., Monessen, passed away June 20,
  1993, in Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp., following a lengthy illness. 
  Born Oct. 27, 1949, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of Mrs. Verda Yoder
  Begley of Boswell and the late Robert Begley.  A graduate of what now is
  North Star High School, Boswell, she had attended the First United
  Methodist Church of Charleroi.  Surviving: Husband, Ernest P. Halgas; 6
  sisters: Wanda Sterner of Norwalk, Ca., Gloria Winters of Boswell RD 1;
  Doris Griffith of McMurray; Milly Spiker of Mount Joy; Katherine Knisely of
  Boswell RD 1; Roberta Gowarty of Boswell; 2 brothers: James Begley of
  Fresno, Ca., David Begley of Boswell RD 1.  Many nieces and nephews. 
  Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., 1209 Grand Blvd.,
  Monessen, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.  Services at 10 a.m. Wednesday in
  the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Edward Hammett officiating. 
  Interment, Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
