  Mrs. Charlotte F. Hall, 77, RD Ohiopyle, died July 30, Spear Convalescent
  Home.  Born May 27, 1897, daughter of the late Charles and Nancy Maust
  Layfield.  Survived by the following children: James W., of Elizabeth, Fred
  E., of Hopwood, Robert, RD Ohiopyle, Mrs. Dorothy Jeffries, Hopwood, Mrs.
  Evanell Lohr, Listonburg, Mrs. Fay Mick, McClellandtown, and Mrs. Mary
  Mathews, Lemont Furnace, Mrs. Evelyn Thompson, Ohiopyle, 26 granchildren
  and 32 great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by husband, William, and one
  daughter, Mrs. Grace Ream.  Friends are being received at the Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence, where funeral services will be held Friday at 2
  p.m., Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
