Hall, 80, of Confluence RD 3, died Sunday Feb. 20, 1983, at home. He was born Feb. 6, 1903, in Jeannette, a son of the late Robert L. and Elizabeth (Beaver) Hall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Flota E. (Haun) Hall; five brothers and three sisters. He is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Edward (Edna) Skinner, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Everett (Genevieve) Tressler, Confluence; Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Skinner, Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. William (Edith) Walker, North Jackson, Ohio; 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mrs. Eva Polumbo, Cleveland, Ohio. He was a veteran of World War II, a member of U.M.W.A. Local 6159 of Bobtown; a member of the Bobtown VFW and a member of the Old-Time Fiddler's Contest of Uniontown. Friends received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services were held with the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating. Interment, Jersey Cemetery. The Republic, February 24, 1983 [H0102]
