  RUSSELL E. HALL
  
    Russell E. Hall, 80, of Confluence RD 3, died Sunday Feb. 20, 1983, at
  home.
    He was born Feb. 6, 1903, in Jeannette, a son of the late Robert L. and
  Elizabeth (Beaver) Hall.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Flota E. (Haun) Hall; five brothers
  and three sisters.
    He is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Edward (Edna) Skinner, Seattle,
  Wash.; Mrs. Everett (Genevieve) Tressler, Confluence; Mrs. Earl (Ruth)
  Skinner, Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. William (Edith) Walker, North Jackson,
  Ohio; 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mrs. Eva
  Polumbo, Cleveland, Ohio.  He was a veteran of World War II, a member of
  U.M.W.A. Local 6159 of Bobtown; a member of the Bobtown VFW and a member of
  the Old-Time Fiddler's Contest of Uniontown.
    Friends received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services
  were held with the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating.  Interment, Jersey
  Cemetery.
