   David J. Hammer, 51, Somerset, formerly of Johnstown, died July 6, 2006. Born Feb. 2,
  1955, in Johnstown, son of Ralph and Jean (Huth) Hammer. Preceded in death by his father.
  Survived by his mother, Johnstown, and sisters, Linda Kurowski, Fort Myers, Fla., and
  Brenda Hammer, Omaha, Neb. David was of the Catholic faith and a former member of St.
  Joseph Chapel. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Interment, Grandview
  Cemetery. Arrangements by Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary Inc., West Hills.
