  HAMMER
  
  P. M. (Pame) Hammer, 92, of Boswell RD 1, died June 5, 1983, at Bethlen
  Nursing Home, Ligonier.  Born April 3, 1891, in Jenner Township, son of R.
  F. and Polly (Speigle) Hammer.  Preceded in death by his parents and his
  wife, the former Alice M. Speicher, who died March 11, 1971; son, Paul L.
  Hammer; and daughter, Mrs. Belle Bodensky.  Survived by daughter, Mary
  Hammer, Boswell RD 1; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Anita Hammer, Pittsburgh;
  son-in-law, Andrew Bodensky, Elwood City; two granddaughters, Miss Peggy
  Ann Hammer, Pittsburgh; and Belle, wife of Ernie Smith; and one sister,
  Melissa Pickworth, Pittsburgh.  Retired School teacher and retired
  prominent Jenner Township farmer.  Former member of Jenner Community
  Sportsmen's Club.  Friends will be received Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where
  services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Donald Speigle
  officiating.  Interment, Jenner Township Baptist Cemetery.
