SARAH ANNA HANDWERK

Garrett County, Maryland

  Mrs. Sarah Anna Handwerk, 80, widow of Samuel Handwerk, died Wednesday 
afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucretia Miller, Fairview 
(Grantsville R.D. 2).  She was the daughter of the late Joseph Wiley and 
Catherine Hoover Wiley.
  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Lohr, Swanton, Md., and Mrs. Lucretia 
Miller, Grantsville, and two sons, Oscar and Ernest Handwerk, Jennings.
  Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in the Jennings 
Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Curran, pastor, officiating.
  Interment was in the Handwerk Cemetery, near Jennings, under the direction of 
William Winterberg, local mortician.
