  HANDWORK
  
    Etta L. Handwork, 86, of Osterburg, died April 23, 1993 at Bedford County
  Memorial Hospital.  Born Aug. 28, 1906 at Rockwood, daughter of the late
  Jeremiah and Tena (Hoover) Phillippi.  Preceded in death by husband Victor
  on March 25, 1990.  Survived by the following children: Alverta, widow of
  Thomas Luce of Somerset, Harry (Jack) Handwork of Alum Bank, married to
  former Sara Jane Lohr; and Glen Handwork of Somerset, married to the former
  Barbara Saylor; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Member of
  United Church of Christ at Osterburg.  Friends will be received on Sunday
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edward Blackburn Funeral Home,
  Pleasantville, where funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m., the
  Rev. Kerry Cathers.  Interment, Fishertown Cemetery.
