Son of Elias and Caroline (Kensinger) Handwork. He is survived by wife, the former Etta L. Phillipi. Last surviving member of his family. Also survived by three children: Alverta Luce, Somerset; Harry (Jack) Handwork, Pleasantville, and Glen Handwork, also of Somerset; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Attended United Church of Christ, Osterburg, and was a farmer. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Edward Blackburn Fuenral [sic] Home, Pleasantville, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Kerry Cathers.
