  HENRY G. HANKINSON
  
    Henry G. Hankinson, 91, of New Baltimore, died Feb. 18, 1980, in the
  Windber Hospital.  
    He was born Aug. 27, 1888, in New Baltimore, son of the late Matthew and
  Margaret (Fritz) Hankinson.  He was preceded in death by wife, the former
  Frances M. Zeller, who died in 1976, also by an infant daughter, sons, John
  and Paul.
    He is survived  by these children: Rita, wife of Dennis McAfee of
  McKeesport; George M., married to the former Marie Suhrie, of New
  Baltimore; 12 grand-children; three great-grandchildren, brother of Joseph,
  Johnstown.
    He was the former owner-operator of a general store in New Baltimore for
  33 years; U.S. Army Veteran of World War I; member VFW Post No. 4440 of
  Schellsburg and American Legion Post No. 445 of Berlin.  He was also a
  member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore.  Mass of
  Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, with the Rev. Kurt W.
  Holderied, O. Carm.  Interment, church cemetery.  Friends were received at
  the Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where Christian Wake Service
  was held Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
