  Harry Harbachuk, 91, 163 Conemaugh Ave., Jerome, died unexpectedly Aug. 21,
  1984, at home.  Born March 25, 1893, in Russia, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nekeffer
  Harbachuk.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, former Verna (Golembeski)
  Holak, who died Oct. 2, 1961; and two sisters, Helen and Barbara.  Survived
  by three step-children: Vera, wife of Theodore Wasielewski, Kathryn, wife of
  Merwillis Heist, and Sam Holak Jr. and nephew, Harry Loychik, Warren,
  Ohio.  Member of UMWA and retired miner.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where
  Parastas will be sung at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Funeral service at 9 a.m.
  Thursday at funeral home, the Rev. John W. Govrusik.  Interment, St. Mary's
  Orthodox Cemetery, Jerome.
