Born Dec. 8, 1935 in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, son of Robert Bacom and Alice Elizabeth (Rugg) Harbaugh. Preceded in death by parents; brother Charles "Clint" Harbaugh and sister Pearl Kemp. Survived by wife the former Janice Winona Flick to whom he was married 42 years; daughter, Mrs. Charles (Marcia) Landis of Somerset; three grandchildren: Danielle, Dexter and Brady Landis; sisters and brothers: Mrs. Ester Melia of Confluence, Irwin "Oscar" Harbaugh of Somerset, James "Hub" Harbaugh of Rockwood, Don Harbaugh of Sykesville, Md., Mrs. Marlene Schnatterly of Somerset. Member of Reading Grace Brethren Church, 1953 graduate of Rockwood High School, track foreman for the B&O Railroad retiring in 1977 and also was employed by Somerset Welding and Steel. He was an avid bowler and golfer. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Larry R.
