A daughter of James and Armelia Tuscano, of the American Hotel, South Center St., Mrs. Harding was born at Jenners, this county, May 14, 1917. In December, 1940, she was united in marriage with Pvt. William Harding, who is with the United States Army at Camp Lee, Va. Surviving brothers and sisters are Mrs. Lee Herring, Sherman Street, Meyersdale; Sgt. Patsy Tuscano, with the army in training at Daniels Field, Augusta, Ga.; Pfc. Louis Tuscano, of Camp Howze, Texas, and the Misses Josephine and Angeline Tuscano, at home. Mrs. Harding was a member of SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock with Rev. Father Howard Miller officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Her husband arrived on furlough prior to her death, and her two brothers in the armed forces arrived in time for the funeral. Meyersdale Republican, August 12, 1943
