  HARDMAN
  
    Appa E. Hardman, 90, Addison, died June 24, 1997, at Henry Clay Villa,
  Markleysburg.  Born March 4, 1907, in Grafton, W.Va., a daughter of the
  late Ellsworth and Ella McVicker.  Survived by one daughter, Barbara Lee
  (Bobbie) Thummel, Addison; three grandchildren: Linda L., married to Bob
  Joyce, Dravosburg, Pa.; Frank A. Lavecchia Jr., married to Marta, San Juan,
  Puerto Rico; Steven L. Lavecchia, Greenville, S.C.; and four
  great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by three brothers.  Friends will be
  received Thursday (today) from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence.  A short funeral service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at the
  funeral home.  Interment, Friday at 11 a.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery,
  Webster, W.Va., with the Rev. David Lee officiating.
