  BERNICE M. HARE
  
    Bernice M. Hare, 68, of RD 2, Grantsville, Md., died Tuesday, Dec. 22,
  1987, at Frostburg Community Hospital.
    She was born July 11, 1919, at Swanton, Md.; the daughter of Della
  (Bittinger) Livengood, Salisbury, and the late Asa Bittinger.  Her husband,
  Marshall E. Hare, preceded her in death in 1982.
    She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at Bittinger.
    In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Everett W. Hare,
  Grantsville, Md.; and Ronald Hare, Canton, Ohio; one daughter, Miss Darlene
  M. Hare, Grantsville, Md.; one brother, Richard Livengood, Fort Hill; and
  seven grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, where
  services were conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. David E. Fetter. 
  Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
