Hare, 53, of Hopwood, died Oct. 18, 1975, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. A native of Jennings, he was a son of the late W. and Mary Martha (Bowers) Hare. He was employed by the Western Pennsylvania Water Company of Uniontown. He was a member of Connellsville Calvary Assembly of God Church, the Lemont Furnace Sportsman's Club and North Union Fire Department, and was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Elva Parnell (Uphold) Hare, Little Brownfield; a stepson, Gerald Parnell, Hopwood, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ethel Mae Hare, Little Brownfield; Maryl Etta Hare, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Durst and Mrs. Martha Fazenbaker, and a brother, Earl Hare, all of Grantsville.
