  HARNED
  
  Frank H. "Whitey" Harned, 75, of Somerset died Nov. 23, 1975, in his
  residence.  He was born Jan. 3, 1900, in Meyersdale a son of Bruce and Emma
  (Pritts) Harned.  Preceded in death by one son, Frank C.  He is survived by
  his widow, the former Anna Elizabeth Lohr, two children, Harry L. of
  Chicago, Ill., and Fred M. of Somerset RD 5; also five grandchildren and
  two great-grandchildren.  These brothers and sisters: Everett Harned,
  Coudersport, Pa.; Mrs. Harold Knight, Gulfport, Fla.; and a half-sister,
  Mrs. Margaret Stark, Uniontown.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of
  Christ.  He was a former superintendent of Consolidation Coal Company at
  Acosta, and was formerly employed at Saxman Coal and Coke Company.  Friends
  received at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be held
  Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Richard Shellenberger officiating. 
  Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
