    Cecil Harper, 71, of Addison RD 1, died July 29, 1995, at the home of
  Warren and Verna Twombly, Addison.
    He was born Oct. 7, 1923, in Uniontown.
    The funeral arrangements were in the charge of Leckemby Funeral Home in
  Meyersdale.
