  MELVIN L. HARR
  
    Melvin L. Harr, 76, 512 Railroad St., Windber, died Aug. 12, 1983, at
  Windber Hospital.
    He was born Oct. 18, 1906, in Pavia, son of Larry and Ida (Walters) Harr.
    He was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Lavada; and six brothers
  and one sister.
    He is survived by widow, former Julianna Musselman, and these children:
  Freda McKinney; Melvin E., married to Beatrice Barnes; Judith, wife of Ted
  Thomas; Robert, married to Debbie Wright; Thomas, married to Carol
  Heinrich; and Cindy, wife of Charles Wright, all of Windber; Ida, wife of
  Gene Jump, Lynn Haven, Fla.; Lois, wife of Lee Hurley, Everett; Ruby, wife
  of Chester Bohn, Bedford; and Lena, wife of Lynn Sloan, Boyertown; also 43
  grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
    He was the sister of Lena Rouser, Meyersdale.
    He was a member of Wesleyan Methodist Church, Johnstown.
    Friends were received at Meek Funeral Home, Inc., where services were
  held with the Rev. Richard Thomas.  Interment, Ogletown Brethren Cemetery.
