Harris, 84, of Confluence RD 1, died Aug. 25, 1994, at Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin. Born Nov. 28, 1909, in Henry Clay Township, daughter of the late John C., and Leah E. (Green) Lytle. Preceded in death by her husband, Burley M. Harris Jr., a granddaughter, Sharon Kay Blair, and two grandsons: Terry L. Goddard, and Herbert James Basinger, also a great-granddaughter, Kelly R. Harris, two brothers, and two sisters. Survived by five daughters: Dora Elsetta Moore, Hyndman, Joyce N. Phillips, Texas, Lena E. Linderman, Alice M. McClintock, and Alma B. Basinger all of Confluence, a son, Burley M. Harris III, Roanoke, Va., 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Three sisters: Daisy Hyatt, Pasadena, Md., Margaret Bryner, Ohiopyle, Zora Hyatt, Stewartstown, and a brother, John C. Lytle Jr. Baltimore, Md. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence where service will be held 1 p.m. Monday. Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
