Born March 27, 1906, in Connellsville, a son of the late Burley M. and Dora C. (McNeil) Harris Sr. Survived by his wife, Alma B. Lytle Harris: and the following children: Mrs. Earl (Elsetta) Moore of Hyndman; Joyce N. Phillips of Amherst, Ohio; Lena Linderman, Mrs. Evans (Alice) McClintock, Mrs. Herbert (Patty) Basinger, all of Confluence; and Burley M. Harris III of Roanoke, Va.; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Dora C. Beachy of Lafayette, Ind., and Mrs. Mary Hinners of Carbondale, Ill.; and a brother, Albert W. of Des Moines, Iowa. Preceded in death by one grandson. He was a member of the following organizations: Sheffield Lodge No. 628, the Royal Arch Masons, Mystic Chapter No. 170, Council No. 103 Royal and Select Masters, Commandery No. 65 Knights Temple, Day Chapter No. 479 Order of the Eastern Star, all of Lorain, Ohio; Syria Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Lodge, Valley of Uniontown, Council Chapter Consistory, Valley of Pittsburgh, Pa. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev.
