  Eva D. Harris, 73, of Central City RD 1 died Tuesday, May 2, 1978, at 2
  p.m. in the Somerset Community Hospital Extended Care Unit.  She was born
  July 2, 1904, in Jackson Township, Greene County, the daughter of the late
  Laken and Eliza Jane (Nichols) Roberts.  Her husband, Everett Harris, is
  deceased.  She resided at Central City with her daughter for the past four
  years.  Most of her life was spent at Holbrook, Pa.  She was a member of
  the Holbrook Christian Church.  Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Charles
  W. (Helen) Johnston, Central City RD 1; Mrs. Joseph (Naomi) Huffman Jr. of
  Washington, Pa.; and Mrs. Jerry (Nancy Jane) Kiger, Lexington Park, Md; 10
  grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.  She
  is also survived by one brother, Shirl Roberts of Aliquippa, and a sister,
  Mrs. Fronell Boyd of Monongahela.  Friends will be received Thursday, 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. in the Robert L. Lantz Funeral Home, Rogersvile, Pa., where
  services will be held Friday at 1 p.m.  Interment, Rosemont Cemetery,
  Rogersville.
