   Freda B. (Pound) Harris, 93, Somerset, formerly of Boswell, died July 6, 2006, at The
  Patriot. Born Nov. 27, 1912, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, daughter of
  Mark and Murilla (Proude) Pound. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 56 years, Ens.
  James F. Harris Sr., USN, Ret., who died on Aug. 2, 2004; an infant daughter; grandson,
  James F. Harris III; and these brothers and sisters: Helen Pound, Dorothy Dickie, David
  Pound, Fulton Pound and Vernon Proude. Survived by daughter, Barbara, married to Donald
  McIntosh, Boswell; son, James F. Jr., married to Margaret Murphy, Buxton, Maine;
  grandchildren, Robert J. Taylor, Linda Jean Taylor, James F. Harris IV and Katrina
  Charlene Harris; and great-grandchildren, Sheldon R. Taylor, Shawn Taylor, Alexander Soik
  and Mackenzie Jackson. Sister of Aletha Martinelo and Frederick Pound, both of Canada.
  Sister-in-law of Jean Fulton, Dale and Fran Harris and Don and Arlene Harris. Also
  survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Retired employee of Charlottetown Telephone Co.,
  with 20 years of service, also retired from Fairchild's Semi-Conductor, South Portland,
  Maine, with 10 years of service. Viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral
  Home & Cremation Services, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 1
  p.m. Sunday, The Rev. Larry C. Hoover officiating. Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
