Survived by his mother of Lilly; his wife, the former Mary L. Hay; two sons, Jack L., Bedford, Ohio and Joseph L. at home; a daughter, Judy S., Rockaway, N.J., and two grandchildren. Also survived by these brothers and sisters: William, Jerome; Olive, wife of Harry Baughman, Berlin; Audrey, wife of Ross Shelbaer, Lilly; Russell, Burt, N.Y.; Phillip, Lock Port, N.Y.; Donald, Adelphi, Md.; Charles, Rochester, N.Y.; Lynn, Long Beach, Calif. and Ruth Pickerhoof, Cresson.
