Hart, 75, of Moseley, Virginia departed this life Feb. 2, 1987, at Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. She was born November 13, 1911, in Elk Lick Township, a daughter of the late Lloyd C. and Lydia S. (Housel) Sipple. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Hart, and a brother, Clay Sipple. Survivors include three sisters and two brothers: Almeda Cecil (husband Nile Cecil, deceased), Akron, Ohio; Blanche Sipple, Phoenixville; Rosella Niner (husband Alvin Niner, Sr., deceased), Salisbury; Paul Sipple, married to Etta (Notch), Doylestown; and Nyle Sipple, married to Lena (Bittinger), Grantsville, Md. She graduated from Salisbury High School and California State Teachers' College, California, Pa. She taught three years in the schools of Elk Lick Township followed by employment with Federal Home Owners' Loan, Johnstown; State Government, Harrisburg; and United States Department of Defense, Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Va. Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 5, at Saint Luke's United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. John Peters and Rev. Robert Parker. Interment, Dale Memorial Park, Richmond.
