  GERTRUDE HARTIG
  
    Gertrude (Landis) Hartig, 88, a native of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, died
  August 27, 1982, in St. Joseph's Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona.  She had
  resided in Phoenix for the past 32 years.  She was a member of Christ
  Church of the Ascension.
    Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Ann Hannig of Phoenix; her son John
  L. of Dallas, Texas; a sister; five grandchildren; and four
  great-grandchildren.
    Services were held Wednesday, September 1, in the chapel of Memory Lawn
  Mausoleum, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.
    The family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart
  Association.
