    Lester E. Hartline, 83, of Rockwood passed away June 16, 2000 at home. 
  Born April 11, 1917 in Rockwood.  Son of Frank and Ida (Miller) Hartline. 
  Preceded in death by wife Elaine, son Lester F. and brother Earl.  Survived
  by these children:  Charles E. Hartline married to Sandra Stern and Cathy E.
  married to Barry Haer, both of Rockwood, and Joseph A. Hartline married to
  Trina M. Murray of Meyersdale.  Also grandchildren:  Lester Earl Walker,
  Stacy and Kristie Haer, and Kayla and Joseph Jr. Hartline, and
  great-grandchildren, Taylor, Dakota and Madison.  Brother of Ernest
  Hartline of Rockwood and Alice Wade of Deland, Fla.  He loved his grandkids
  and his dog.  Retired engineer with 39 years of service with B&O Railroad. 
  Member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Sons of the
  American Legion.  Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 9
  p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood where a funeral service will
  be held at 11 a.m. Monday.  Pastor Ardelle Mason officiating.  Interment,
  Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be sent to In-Touch
  Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa.  15501.
