Hartman, 47, of RD 1, Oakland, Md., died Monday, March 23, 1987, in Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born in Deer Park, Md. Sept. 3, 1939, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Iva J. (Speichar) Harvey. She was a data entry operator at IBMI; a member of Moranatha Assembly of God Church, Grantsville, Md. and a former Sunday school teacher. Surviving are her foster parents, Sibre and Geraldine Skipper, Deer Park, Md.; three daughters, Mrs. Jacqueline A. Bashor, Evansville, Wyo.; Barbara J. Hartman, Oakland, Md.; and Deborah K. Hartman, U.S. Navy, Spain; one son, William J. Hartman, Oakland, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Geraldine Skipper, Deer Park, Md.; and Mrs. Mary B. Forsythe, Frederick, Md.; one brother, Joseph M. Harvey, Salisbury, and five grandchildren. Friends were received in the Stewart Funeral Home where services were conducted Friday at 11 a.m. Graveside services were conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Morgantown, W.
