  WILLA R. HARTMAN
  
    Willa Ruth Hartman, 65, Ellerslie, Maryland, died February 13,
  1983, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland.
    She was born Oct. 10, 1917 in Durbin, W. Va., and was a daughter of
  Lula Mae (Kalcamp) Watts and the late Charles Calvin Watts.
    Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, William R.
  Hartman, four sons, Charles William Hartman, Cumberland; Thomas
  Richard Hartman and Steven David Hartman, both of Cumberland; and
  John David Hartman, Norfolk, Va.; one daughter, Mrs. Jo Ellen
  Troutman, Wellersburg; one brother, Charles R. Watts, Burkeville,
  Va.; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    She lived in the Ellerslie area for 35 years where she was a member
  of Durbin Methodist Church.  She later attended Ellerslie United
  Methodist Church.
    Friends were received in the Harvey H. Ziegler Funeral Home, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Thomas L. Lantz officiating. 
  Interment was in Rest Lawn Memorial Park.
